Message board! updated: 18-Jun-2006

Hello there. It is summer of 2006 - where has the time gone? Or am I just getting older? Well what can I say about winter 2005/06? Can you believe that I didn't have SAD? YUP! I don't know why and I don't know if this will happen again next year but after 18 years of SAD, I skipped a winter. I suspect it has something to do with a fantastic SUNNY summer of 2005 and also I am going through hormonal changes (I did say I was getting old) so who knows?

So what can I tell you ? Well, I would like to say everything on the site is still valid.

Exercise in the mornings helps boost endorphins.Use of the light box is still very important to keep going and the moto to go with my old one: DON'T LET BUSY WIN OVER HEALTHY is still my current advice. Make time for your light/exercise therapy even if you have to give something else up. Not maintaining the theapy can catches up with you and the SAD sypmptoms could become overwhelming in a few days.

Remember my moto -

OBTAIN A LIGHT - RETAIN YOUR LIFE!
